Helios announce first close of Helios Investors III, L.P

LONDON, March 28th, 2014 – Helios Investment Partners is pleased to announce a $355 million first close of Helios Investors III, L.P. (“Fund III”) following the launch of fundraising in December. The Fund III target remains $1 billion; a subsequent close is tentatively scheduled for late May, for which participating LPs have reserved an additional $185 million. This first close, which included six institutional investors, was timed to facilitate the closing of the first transaction in Fund III.
