Zaria Group

In June 2023, HSEG acquired a stake in Zaria Group Limited (“Zaria”) to support the investment and operation of African lifestyle real estate.

The business consists of two entities: i) QA Venue Solutions, the continent’s leading venue operator and event management business and ii) Zaria Court, a developer of multi-purpose event and entertainment infrastructure.

Together, Zaria Group aims to best-commercialize Africa’s domestic events calendar. Existing clients include the NBA, FIFA, the FIA, and other high-profile counterparties.
