Vitali Harwardt

Mr. Harwardt is an accomplished finance leader with nearly two decades of experience across private equity, public markets and international operations. He brings a strong track record in capital markets, M&A and strategic finance, with deep expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.

Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at a leading European private equity firm, where he was responsible for finance, accounting, valuation, tax and risk, while closely supporting investment activities and portfolio company performance. Previously, he held the role of Group CFO at a global technology-focused investment firm with a diversified international portfolio.

His public company experience includes senior finance leadership roles at a listed technology group and a major European media and technology company, covering group accounting, tax, reporting and governance. He began his career at global professional services firms, where he worked on large-scale finance transformations and M&A transactions.

Mr. Harwardt holds an MBA and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor.
