Ken Yick is an experienced private equity professional with over a decade of experience in finance. Prior to joining Helios in 2026, he focused on mid-market private equity investing as part of the founding team at THI Investments, a European private equity firm backed by a family office with approximately €2bn in assets under management. He began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey.
Ken has executed investments across a broad range of sectors, with deep experience in Education and Tech-enabled Services, as well as transaction exposure in Industrials and Healthcare. His work spans deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation for privately held businesses. Ken holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, cycling, tennis, and exploring new countries. He is conversationally fluent in Cantonese.
