Ali-Abbas Punjani has more than 10 years of investment and investment advisory experience. He joined Helios in 2022 and co-leads the Consumer Non-Discretionary sector. Before business school, he was an investment professional at Development Partners International LLP. Prior to joining DPI, Ali-Abbas was an Associate at Lazard in London where he executed several US and European M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Finance (Distinction) from Imperial College London and a BSc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick. Ali-Abbas is a dual Kenyan and British national.
Ali-Abbas lives in London with his wife and two children.
