Helios Towers Africa’s $600 million inaugural bond offering successfully placed

On 1st March, Helios Towers Africa's $600 million 5NC2 Senior Reg S/144a inaugural bond offering priced at a yield of 9.125%, the first African corporate offering since October 2016.
