Helios and Sojitz sign MoU to collaborate on wide range of projects in Africa

At the TICAD8 business forum in Tunis on 27th August 2022, Helios Investment Partners (‘Helios’) and Sojitz Corporations (‘Sojitz’) signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on a wide range of projects across Africa. Sojitz will team up with Helios to expand businesses across the continent, with the aim of contributing to sustainable development in the region. Earlier this year, Helios sold a 25% stake in Axxela, Nigeria’s largest private sector gas distributor, to Sojitz.
