Acorn REITs achieve GRESB certification

Acorn Holdings Limited, the largest provider of purpose-built student accommodation in East and Central Africa, has announced that its two REIT vehicles, the Acorn Student Accommodation Development REIT (ASA D-REIT) and the Acorn Student Accommodation Income REIT (ASA I-REIT), have achieved GRESB certification.
