In September 2024, Helios completed the acquisition of a stake in M2P Fintech (M2P), an API Infrastructure and Banking as a Service provider, headquartered in India.

Founded in 2014, M2P began its journey with a focus on payments and via a combination of M&A and organic growth, has evolved into a full-stack BaaS and infrastructure API player offering core banking, lending infrastructure, digital KYC and other value-added services.

M2P has focused on building robust technology that is “hyper scalable”, poised for geographic expansion, backed by strategic partnerships across the Middle East, ASEAN and Africa.
