In February 2026, Helios completed an investment to acquire controlling interests in Beta Glass Plc and Packaging Industries Nigeria Limited ("PINL") (together, "Beta Glass"), the leading glass packaging platform in West Africa. Beta Glass manufactures glass bottles, plastic crates, and metal crowns, supplying blue-chip bottlers of the world's leading beverage brands. As the clear market leader in Nigeria and the only operator with multiple furnaces, Beta Glass offers unmatched scale, redundancy, and reliability. The transaction was structured as a corporate carve-out of the Nigerian operations of Frigoglass Group, a Greece-domiciled global provider of beverage industry solutions.
